Join Dr Claire Warden, the creator of the Floorbook Approach, in an exploration of genuine inquiry-based learning. Claire has a wealth of experience and knowledge in early childhood education. She's inspired 1,000's of practitioners around the world to use Floorbooks to engage children in their learning. This masterclass will help you make the most of Floorbooks, leave you ready to transform your practice and deliver positive outcomes for children.

Objectives

By the end of this masterclass you'll be able to:

  1. Outline the principles and practice of the Floorbook Approach.
  2. Describe how you would use the Floorbook Approach to empower children.
  3. Demonstrate this inquiry-based approach to involve children in every aspect of the planning and documentation cycle.
