This course is designed to support educators in creating a strategy to change a risk-averse practice to apply the experience in day-to-day outdoor play.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

1. Inspire all adults to explore risk with children and support children to undertake their own benefit-risk assessment

2. Ensure appropriate documentation is in place to support effective practice

3. Stimulate professional debate through awareness of the possibilities and challenges of hazards and risks in our practice.
