The Talking and Thinking Tree is one of the elements of the Floorbook Approach. It can help you:

• Engage and motivate children in their learning
• Inspire children to actively share their ideas, thoughts and learning
• Respond to children's thoughts and ideas and encourage communication in your setting
• Support child led planning and documentation
• Encourage thinking, discussion and decision making to support active learning
• Document the planning cycle in your setting
• Our Talking and Thinking Tree is white and can be packed away when not in use by removing the base and folding up the branches.
