Claire will talk you through the importance of the words you use and how best to use your words, tone of voice and behaviours to increase the importance of the child and raise their idea.

2. Outline the impact adults have in your setting
3. Use a positive tone of voice and words to best engage with children 
4. Demonstrate creating a true connection and the child in a positive way
